We were delighted to be invited to visit the Headquarters and the manufacturing facitliies of the Companies that we feel are some of the best in the solar Industry - namely SigEnergy for solar batteries and inverters,  Aiko for solar panels and Clenergy for the solar mounting kits

Doug, Terry and Steve headed off on a journey of a lifetime and had the best week being looked after by the team of Triple Solar, Aiko, SigEnergy and Clenergy and were treated to some amazing information, knowledge, meals and experiences along the way.  As well as learning all there was to know about the Aiko panels, SigEnergy inverters and Clenergy mounting systems, they met up with staff and the heads of the businesses,!!

It was amazing for them to see the drive those businesses have for the future of solar in the UK and worldwide.

We are proud to say that TB Electrics were one of the first Companies to notice that SigEnergy would be the up and coming suppliers of solar equipment in the UK and being one of the first to install the SigEnergy products when they first began to export to the UK - we had already carried out our due diligence research on their technology and we were ready  to be one of the first installers to take their products and recommend them to our customers - we were right to do so and now lots of other businesses are on board with us, which is great for SigEnergy and they are becoming a household name in the UK for their battery storage systems and solar inverters.

We like the flexibility that the SigEnergy batteries give for both residential and commercial use and we are now recognised as a SigEnergy Silver Installer, based on the numbers we have installed so far ( we are hoping to reach the Gold SigEnergy Installer status anytime soon and not bad for a family run business that focus on quality and design rather than sales! ) we will keep you informed along the way - but the monitoring, the stackable batteries, the quality and the reliability are the key features that are helping them to stand out from the crowd and we are installing more every day

The Aiko factory was a trip to get to, with a 5 hour coach journey from Shanghai, but our team were treated to the bullet train experience on the way back - another first for all of them.  Aiko are setting standards across the globe with modules that can achieve a record breaking 24.8% efficiency and they have a fabulous HQ that the team were lucky enough to visit.  The fabulous manufacturing plant amazed everyone by how far the Aiko production lines stretched.  Aiko are also a force to be reckoned with, with their technology advancing by, what seems to be the day, they are creating more power from the same size of panel and have new products heading our way soon ( they will probably have arrived in the time it takes to write this blog)

All in all China was a great place for us to visit and we are thankful to our suppliers at Triple Solar for helping to set this up for us and a few other quality installers from the UK - with lots ot networking and sharing of ideas and tips - it really was an amazing experience and whilst Terry didn't get to install on the Great Wall of China as the image projects, we are very grateful to have been a part of it
