A beautiful ground-mounted array at Winnington Hall consisting of 242 x 460W JA Solar Panels and 3 x 40kW Solis 3-Phase Inverters.
Winnington Hall Ground Mounted Solar Array
The system that TB Electrics installed consisted of 43 x 405W Q-Cells panels with a 15kW Solis inverter, which was installed early May 2024. In June 2024, this system produced 2.844MWh which equates to around 3.95KWh of solar generation daily.

We estimate £3,872 of savings during the first year of having Solar PV installed at the Boat House Hotel. 95% of all energy generated by the solar PV system is consumed by the Boat house hotel, with 5% exported to the grid.
• Emissions saved equate to 689 trees planted or 77 long haul flights avoided
• Extrapolating the energy savings provided, this system will pay for itself within 5 years & 9 months
These calculated estimates by our system designers were calculated using Open Solar software, install specifications and other data. Payback estimated by TBE Solar using those same specifications adjusted over the time period based on a 7% rate of inflation which is the average rate of increase of energy prices in the last 25 years.

Whitaker's Garden Centre
Beesley and Fildes first came to TB Electrics in September 2022 to discuss the possibility of installing solar PV at their sawmills in Widnes. After a number of site visits and several system designs, an agreement was made and the contracts were signed. The expert TB Electrics engineers installed the system in March 2023.
In May 2023, the PV system, which consists of 600x tier-one 420W panels and 2x 110kW inverters generated just over 38MWh, which equates to an average daily yield of 1.22MWh. Some more key facts:
